A German tourist actually tried to sue the New York taco spot Los Tacos No. 1 for $100,000, claiming their green salsa was so spicy it caused blisters on his tongue and nonstop pain.
He even said he tried to cool it down with drinks and ice cream… but the burn kept going.
The judge threw the case out, saying spiciness is basically the whole point of salsa.
Moral of the story:
If you can’t handle the heat… maybe stay out of the salsa bowl. 😅🌮🔥
